As Chief Operating Officer, Kimberly Goessele is responsible for the execution and implementation of the overall company strategy as well as supporting the 180 Health Partners culture of helping mothers, their babies, families and the support communities.
Prior to joining 180 Health Partners Kimberly was the Senior Vice President of Operations at Premise Health where she focused on operational excellence, streamlining workflows to increase efficiencies and introduced a model of placing the patient experience and satisfaction as the core of their delivery model. She also created the Office of Innovation which is responsible for creating the company’s strategic roadmap, vetting candidates for strategic investments, and working with the resources within the medical centers in identifying new technologies for implementations.
Kimberly joined Premise Health through an acquisition of W Squared where she was the Executive Vice President of Healthcare Strategy. In this role, she was responsible for assisting clients navigate the changes inside the healthcare delivery systems while leveraging technology, understanding regulatory and policies changes that impacted care delivery and with a degree in Management Information Systems, Kimberly has served as the Vice President of Business Technology for Healthways and was the Chief Information Officer and Chief Security Officer for CHD Meridian.
Kimberly is active in the Nashville healthcare community. She is the co-founder of the Nashville based Leadership Healthcare, was the founder and president Tennessee based Health Information Management System Society (HIMSS), a member of Women in Technology since 2003, a participant of the Nashville Race for the Cure, member of the Nashville Breakfast Club since 2008, was a Nashville Future 50 Recipient 2008 and 2009, honored by the Nashville Business Journal as a Healthcare 100 and a Who’s Who.
Kimberly is a Chicago native but has called Nashville home for over 20 years with her husband and daughter.
