As VP of Clinical Operations, Lacey is responsible for clinical leadership, overseeing all clinical staff to ensure the clinical integrity of the program. She also works with key advisors to continuously improve the clinical model based on program experience. With over 15 years of patient experience primarily serving the Maternal/Child Nursing population Lacey has a very specific passion for women who have mental health concerns, substance use issues or are victims of domestic violence.
Lacey previously served as Nursing Director at Nurses for Newborns, where over a period of 10 years, she led the refinement of their clinical model and the pursuit of evidence based practice. Nurses for Newborns is a not-for-profit nurse home visitation program dedicated to reducing infant mortality by offering Registered Nurse visits to the homes of families in need.
Earlier in her career, Lacey worked at Vanderbilt Children’s Hospital, caring for children battling cancer, for pediatric offices in the Nashville area and at Southern Hills Medical Center in the Family Birthplace.
Lacey graduated from Union University School of Nursing and she is currently pursuing an MBA through Lipscomb University. Lacey is a member of the Middle Tennessee NAS Collaboration and has recently received her Certified Prevention Specialist Certification.
She lives in Murfreesboro, TN with her husband of 14 years and her two children.
