- Enrollment Specialist
- To enroll mothers and help them understand program benefits
- Current Openings:
- 1 – TN
- Resource Advocate
- To help locate, navigate and coordinate any resources that our mothers need
- Current Openings:
- 1 – Middle TN (Greater Nashville Area)
- Peer Advocate (Eligible or Certified Peer Support Specialist)
- Women who have lived a similar experience and want to support our mothers in their home, in the community or doctor’s office
- Current Openings:
- 1 – East TN (preferred Tri-Cities region)
- 3 – Middle TN
- 2 – West TN (preferred Jackson and Memphis region)
- Partner Advocate (License-Eligible or Licensed Social Worker)
- To support and assess our mothers on their journey to achieve their personal goals and care plan
- Current Openings:
- 1 – East TN (preferred Tri-Cities region)
- 1 – Middle TN
- 1 – West TN (preferred Jackson and Memphis region)
- Partner Coach (License-Eligible or Licensed Counselor)
- To lead our mother’s overall care plan and advocate team
- Behavioral Health Supervisor (Integrated Behavioral Health Licensed Counselor)
- To provide oversight and assure best practices are maintained
- Registered Nurse (RN)
- To help our mothers remain healthy and help our mothers manage their baby’s health during the critical months after birth
